C.L.A.S.S. Inc.

Designed With Girls in Mind

We know that all children are susceptible to the “pitfalls” in the journey of adolescence, and let’s be honest… not all are equipped either adequate resources to achieve success. Less than half are equipped with financial literacy, as it is not taught in grade school. So, we have designed our programs around best practices for growing a visionary, innovative, resourceful, and persistent heart-set that they will continue to nourish throughout their lifetime!

That’s C.L.A.S.S!!!

Our Mission

Shaping the future business leaders of America… One Girl At A Time!

Based in Gainesville, Florida, C.L.A.S.S. Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Organization, charged with the mission of shaping the Future Business Leaders of America, One Girl at a Time!!

With C.L.A.S.S. Inc, we strive to create an environment in which young ladies can thrive and become leaders and transforming forces in their communities by facilitating structured activities which will serve as a purpose of building financial literacy, courage, confidence, and character

That’s C.L.A.S.S!!!

Did You Know…

That 90% of the girls that are inducted into sex trafficking daily, are only 15 years old?

And, what is every 15-year-old looking for? “Love, understanding and acceptance.”
Couple that with low self-esteem, and it creates a perfectly vulnerable target.

When a young lady is exposed to entrepreneurial thinking, a profound change takes place. She becomes more aware of the opportunities around her!

And The Result:

She is more confident in her ability to problem-solve; ready and willing to conquer any obstacle that challenges her.

Based in Gainesville, Florida, we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization…Cultivating Ladies And Setting Standards, In Corporate America!!

Woman of C.L.A.S.S. CREED:

A woman of C.L.A.S.S. understands that all of the charm and beauty that she may possess amounts to nothing if her ambitions are self-centered.

But if she reflects her Creator and assumes the posture of a graceful servant, she commands respect an favor.

With each C.L.A.S.S. Session, we facilitate collaborative, and structural activities, which will serve as a purpose of building:

  • Financial Literacy
  • Courage
  • Confidence
  • Characte

“My daughter was always getting into trouble with her Teachers before she joined C.L.A.S.S. Now she’s on the Honor Roll!! I truly thank God for this program!”

C.L.A.S.S. will work not only with young ladies, but will also maintain communication with their primary influencers – parents, teachers, and caregivers – to create sustainable impact. Girls are faced with a lot of pitfalls on this journey of adolescence and we recognize how important it is for them to approach the world with a belief in their own abilities and without the crippling fear of limitations. As youths emerge as leaders, their tendency for transformational leadership becomes evident.

Our program will be organized into 3 categories:

A young lady who has found her voice is confident enough to articulate her thoughts and make decisions. She knows that she has the right to an opinion; she’s able to be constructively critical, to ask questions, and to be assertive, without fear of rejection.

A young lady who demonstrates sound decision-making has a sense that her decisions matter in her own life; she can solve problems and create opportunities for herself. She believes that in acting on her decisions she can influence both her destiny and that of others. By believing in herself, she is able to organize her priorities in order to achieve her goals.

Closely related to decision-making is the characteristic of self-confidence; an attitude that can be defined as self-assuredness in a young lady’s judgment, abilities and power. It implies optimism and independence. It also describes the way in which she will express herself, make decisions, and take action. She will see the world as open to her potential by simply walking into a room with enough confidence to command an audience

With each session, we will build young ladies of courage, confidence and character – all skills that can benefit her as she grows into adulthood by giving her a foundation for leadership.

Our ultimate goal in C.L.A.S.S. will be to Cultivate Ladies And Set Standards!!!
